We generally ship within 24 hours after you've placed your order and in many cases we will actually ship the same day. We ship via US mail unless you request otherwise. You may call to order or click on the BUY NOW link above to order securely online.

.. If you prefer to use PayPal ..

Send an email to order@sanddunebooks.com listing which journals you wish to have. You'll receive a confirmation email detailing your total cost. Then simply log on to your PayPal account, click the "Send Money" tab and send your payment to order@sanddunebooks.com.
NOTE: In order to use this option, your account with PayPal must be VERIFIED and your address status must be CONFIRMED.

.. Shipping within the Continental US ..

We will ship your order anywhere in the United States. Our shipping charges are quite straightforward. The shipping cost is only $5.50 for the first journal plus $1 each for every additional journal within the same package.

.. Shipping to Canada ..

We are more than happy to ship to our friends in Canada. The cost to ship 1 to 2 books is $12.00 USD. Simply order using our secure site and you'll receive a REVISED order confirmation indicating shipping charges to your address in Canada.

.. Returns and Exchanges ..

If upon receiving your order you find that it's not quite what you'd like, please feel free to return the unused book in it's new condition within 30 days. After we've received your return, we will authorize the purchase price to your credit card minus the shipping charges paid to ship to your address initially. No other fees will be charged. If you require an exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to your address. Please return the unused book in it's new condition within 30 days. After we've received your return, we will request the appropriate credit card info so that we may charge only for shipping the exchanged item to your address. No other fees will be charged.
